Step One: Register Your Account

1. Enter your plan member ID number.
2. Enter your date of birth.
3. Enter the number of other people (dependents) on your plan.
4. Enter the date of birth of one of your dependents.
5. Click ‘Next’.

 

Step Two: Two-Factor Authentication

1. Check ‘Yes, send me an authentication code by email’ if you wish to receive a verification code every time you sign on or select ‘Skip for now’ to bypass.
2. Click ‘Next’.

Step Three: Stay ‘In the know’

1. Please enter the email address you want to use for communications. 
2. Confirm the email address.
3. Enter your telephone number.
4. Click ‘Next’.

Step Four: Direct Deposit

1. Get paid faster by signing up for direct deposit.
2. Click ‘Next’.

 

Step Five: Security Questions and Terms and Conditions

1. Select a security question from the drop down.
2. Type your answer.
3. Repeat process until you have created three security questions and answers.
4. Click ‘All done. Go to my dashboard’.
5. Review terms and conditions.
6. Click ‘Accept’.

Step Six: Create Your Username

1. Create a unique username (Cannot be an email address). 
2. Click ‘Next’.

Step Seven: Create Your Password

1. Create a unique password.
2. Re-enter your password.
3. Click ‘Next’.
4. Enter your preferred email address.
5. Click ‘Next’.
